EMDR Therapy
Dr. Q is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and actively provides EMDR therapy for both children and adults. EMDR is an evidence-based treatment recommended by the WHO, APA, and VA for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, phobias, grief, and panic attacks. For children, Dr. Q uses play-based and creative EMDR techniques. OCD Treatment
Dr. Q provides evidence-based OCD treatment for children and adults using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and medication management. For children, she uses engaging, gamified approaches including personalized bingo games. Available in-person and via telehealth.
Anxiety & Panic Attack Treatment
Dr. Q treats generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and panic attacks in both children and adults. Treatment includes medication management, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and EMDR when anxiety is trauma-related. Available in-person and via telehealth.
PTSD & Trauma Treatment
Dr. Q provides specialized PTSD and trauma treatment for children and adults using EMDR therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and medication management.
